Congratulations You've Won. How Annoying Is That?

Well actually I have not had this annoying thing come on here all day, so I was wondering if somehow it has disappeared from here? But it can be so annoying and distracting for sure, and I wish there was a way for us to block it or disable it. What happened to only displaying stuff that was within our interests?

oh yes extremely annoying my mom thinks all sites that say you won have some kind of virus i think she only thinks that because i'm on all money making websites all day and she always hear you won! and shes always like its a scam your wasting your time on these sites i've already got money from mylot and shes like ok those are just numbers i don't see any real cold cash. so people you just can't please. i don't think sites wit congradulations you won are scam i have not find a way to keep them from saying it. the only productive way i found is refresh the page or turn off the volume and my last way i only used once so i can't really remember right now but maybe someone else has the answer.
