I don't think we can say easily who is the best between the two. One year ago, C. Ronaldo won the CL with MU. This year, it is Barcelona's Messi. I like them both. Their dribbling skill is amazing. If I were a coach, I would like to sign them both. Messi on the right (his strong leg is left), while Ronaldo on the left (his strong leg is right). They can cross with their weak leg, then score with their strong leg.

They're fantasista.. But i prefer to choose Ronaldo as the better player. He's stronger and faster. He's also a flair player.

I can't determined their skills perfectly. They have a great dribble, passing accuracy, shot power, and body power. Maybe which make a different just in their position. Also their lifestyle, ronaldo was glamour while messi didn't. I think ronaldo's performance was down today as he was injured. And messi in his club have played rarely. But they are still the great player ever.

They're both great players and as you stated their style is really different. I prefer Messi's style. He might not be as strong as Ronaldo but, he's more intelligent and more suitable for team play. Also as personality he's more humble.
