It looks like the sequel to the most popular first person shooter game is not what every body might have expected, or is it?!!! Yesterday when i entered the gamespot.com site to see what new games is available (as i usually do everyday)I pressed the link ( www.gamespot.com/pc/action/modernwarfare2/index.html) to check out what did the godfather of fps games is doing.from the look of the "Critic Score" section it looked like the game is doing pretty good whit a score of (9.4). but after looking at the "User Score" section the score was fighting to stay at 5.0 every time i was refreshing the page that is really odd i was shocked. after reading some reviews and cheeking most of the scores i found that approximately half of the users who rate this game gave it a score of 1, the majority of the other half gave it a 10 or a bit less. but why??? isn't modern warfare 2 a good game ? is it worth buying? why did half the users rate it 1 or 2??? well hers what i found. The single players is short as always although no body complained about that. now lets face it every body who went that day to get this game was not even thinking about the single player campaign.Although its a very wonderful experience and the only good thing about this sequel, Or not? So it looks like the main reason for the bad rating for this game (by the users not by gamespot or other game sites) is the steam thing. As the players will not be able to use dedicated servers which is the soul of any online fps for multiple reasons. one of them is that player who are in Africa, middle east, Asia(Thailand,Philippines, India...etc) and some countries in Europe. might not be able to play this game online. because of the high ping steam might kick out those players who resides on those countries during online game play t. so what usually those players do is to search for a dedicated server to overcome the high ping problem. So i am wondering; is eliminating the option of using something other than steem a wise option?!!! Another thing, is 16/16 player limitation. as modern Warfare 1 had 64/64 players. so why this one had 16/16 at maximum? or is this enough?. I remember Battle filed having 64/64 back in 2005 even when playing through steam. why did Infinity Ward the developing company of this great game did this limitation? this is the right choice is it?. or maybe later a patch will come to fix this issue. there where more some issues but nothing worth mentioning are they? The way i see it, is that either Infinity Ward will look into this issues and fix them or the truth to be said. the world of pricey is strong is powerful and getting every day stronger then ever, and for sure will be very kind to fix these issues, or wont it?
