hi all, i'm wanting to get another tat, but not sure where to out it. lower back is out cause i'm saving it for a bigger tat when i save the money up. shoulders out to got an idea for them later on. does it mean anything if you have a tat on your breast? my mum has on there, but shes also got a lot bigger bust than me. any one got any ideas? thanks all
