What is the fastest way to make google index your blog?

I've read from one blog post that you have to submit articles to ezinearticles and goarticles to have your blog indexed by google. By 'indexing' I mean that your blog can now be searchable in Google and appear on the SERP (Search engine ranking page). For most internet marketers, this is their main source of quality traffic. Higher traffic equates to higher earnings.
How about you? Please share your experiences with your blogs.

I don't know if there is any fastest way, but I think very good article and very much needed with some quality words will get its ranks faster. All the experimenting with SEO and whatnot. But then again, it might quite a bit of time just to prepare an article taking note of the SERP.
