Heyyy, no problem man. Its great that you don't have any money (not sarcastically). Really, make her something, a greeting or something. You just need some paper and some crayons and stuff. If you have a beach or something near your place, take her there. Or a garden, gardens are free...Or give her some flowers, don't buy them, pluck them from some place near you. meet her at mid night do some gift with what you have in your home ...for example with paper we can make a flower a greeting card some thing that comes to your mind ..money never play a role in expressing your love just make what you know with what you have go to her house at mid night it will be a surprise else you can meet in some romantic lonely place hope you know some in your area give hug then give the gift hope this can make a good day for you both... its my idea taking is upto your wish

I don't think getting her a gift or having a celebration in your 1st anniversary is much important.Just spend time with her that day,express your feeling for her, tell her how happy you feel having her in your life,tell her what can you,tell her that its just one year of your spending together,assure her that there will many more anniversaries that you will be spending together....Just some heart touching words are much more than gift or an outing to present your lover in your anniversary.

Anniversary in not measured by how many gifts you can give, eating in a fancy restaurant just try something simple that won't cost you much and that both of you will enjoy. Simple but it takes a lifetime to forget.

you dont need a monoey for celebration....just give her a simple gift like make ur own poems or give her a love letter...im sure ur girlfriend will love it...

make her dinner at home? you don't need money to make things special :) do you live by yourself or with roommates or your parents? Or if she lives alone - one of my ex boyfriends showed up one valentines day with a bag of food to make dinner, a balloon and a candy bar! lol... we both had money but there was 8" of snow and ice and whatever else on the roads... and I still can't believe he drove over. But he walked in, gave me a kiss, my candy bar and balloon and started asking whre my dishes were. We had an awesome night, just the two of us. dont' tell my husband, but its been my favorite "romantic celebration" by far!

You should have earned enough beforehand. Are you working? You can borrow money from somebody else and at least take her for a decent dinner. You don't really have to spend much. Its the thought that counts.
