Will the human race become extinct in 2012?

there are so many different myths about what will happen in 2012 its ridiculous. i'll say the ones that are really crazy first, but the one i thought that might not be so crazy. first, scientist say that a meteor had been circlulating in our solar system, and each year has been getting closer and closer and is so big that when 2012 comes it will hit with so much force that it will crush out planet in a million pieces. but that has been proven wrong. there is a meteor, but it wont hit us in 2012, maybe in 100,000 years it might be possible, but not in 2012. next a solar flare so big that it will cook our planet. and the last, the one i believe might be possible. the myans explained that in 2012 a new leader will do something so drastic and bad that it will affect everybody world wide... and idk about this barack obama guy... this one might be possible... but as for the human race being extinct in 2012? i highly doubt it.

This is just a myth. Nothing going to happen with earth unless some mistake make by human being.
