I can hardly sleep recently. Any suggestion?

I like to sleep and dream about just anything but recently I can hardly sleep. Maybe this is because the examination is just at the corner but I already prepared myself for the examination. I really can't think of any reason other than that. Can anybody help me?

Just exercise everyday for 10-15 minutes. You can go for a run, do aerobics or anything but make sure you sweat it out. This will definitely help you to have a good sleep every night. Regular exercise will also help you reduce mental stress so it'll be good for your exams too!

Maybe you are keep thinking of so many things that is why your brain is not at rest. You set aside thinking and focus on sleeping. When I am experiencing like that I do drink warm milk before sleeping, or I keep myself busy during the days so that at evening I willbe very tired and I can sleep easily. I believe you think about your examination much, you are analyzing how you have prepared for it, maybe you are excited to have it and you will the result of your hardwork. Let your brain relax so that you can sleep everynight.

Hi tommyatan My suggestion for you is, before you go to bed,go for a small walk and wash your face with cold water. Try this.
