How to judge a person who likes you

I have a good parterner,we are getting along very well including our study and work.While recenly he is very abnormal ,saying strange words and give a speech in the class which is about our tacit.So many classmates asked whether he likes me.And it seems that he did't say NO. For me I just want to keep our friendship.It's the best choice. THese days he is always saying he likes me,But I think he looks no serious at all.

To tell you how judge a girl , if someone likes me and fears for telling it she will try to help you out in every way and if you both are sitting together , she will seen nervous and try to act normal which will confirm it rather ! they will sometimes act stupid like complaining that why didnt you show up early in class and she kept waiting and stuff and even if didnt say anything about showing up early . She will be very shy on hearing any positive compliment on her dress by you . i have faced it a lot of times and rather waiting for her i take her to a beautiful spot out of the city and propose her there and make her happy and many of them tell me that she loved me too(which ofcourse i knew) but some just dont say anything and hug me . its beautiful to make someone happy here in india !
