I am die hard fan of cricket and in india cricket is just not a game but it like a religion. Most of them perform rituals to gods so that india would the big leagues like the World cups which happen once in every 4 years.I do watch soccer and a fan of liverpool.
So which sport you like and why.Which of these would become much popular int he future because some dont like cricket because it takes too long to know the result but with the 20-20 format i dont see any reason from it being much popular in the coming years when compared to soccer.
Which one according to you provides more entertainment.

Dear friend,
no doubt, cricket is a religion in India. Right from children to old person, everyone is passionate about it. They are ready to sacrifice whole day for the cricket.

Yup all the kids who play with us in our street are into cricket and they're crazy about it ---Aged people are more into news than into cricket .
I dont think it would be worth to go for a fixed match---well for me work comes first no matter how much i love cricket

Yeah, I liked to play cricket when I was small too, but when I grew up, I mostly played soccer as there is no criket in Thailand. I did like my time playing criket but I definetaly think soccer is a much more active sport and I do enjoy the running more.

I dont really much cricket, i even have no idea about the rules. Though i'm a good soccer fan. The style of soccer, the motion, the struggle and the concept makes it a great sport. Gheorghe Hagi stated in a show, which i agree, soccer is a rather interesting and one of the hardest sports. On most of sports you use your hands but in soccer you're forbidden to do so unless you're a goal keeper. This makes soccer a hard and interesting game.
About cricket catching up soccers popularity; it doesnt seem possible for me currently. After all its a matter of marketing; and cricket needs a lot of marketing.

Playing with legs makes it popular----I dont think .Each game has its own rules and what makes us glued to the Television sets is how well they can win the matches following those rules .you seem to be really active man----six months passed by and 69 going strong
