I am very comfortable working in my laptop when using a mouse. It doesn't give me trouble and irritation. When I won't use a mouse, it seems I am having a bad day with my laptop because of delays accomplishing my work. But there are people who seems fine and contented without using a mouse in their laptops. How about you?

I just got a new notebook and the "mouse" pad happens to be really smooth therefore I don't need a mouse. On the other laptop, it's easier to use the mouse rather than the pad because of the aggravation of the sensitivity. My notebook is easier to use, I think, because it's new and hasn't been rubbed down. I did find out though that the mouse I used on the other laptop works well with the notebook, but like I said it's still new so I don't need it.

My notebook also has a very shiny and easy-to-use touchpad but then I often encounter troubles when navigating and revising/editing my scripts, which I admit that an external mouse is a wonderful option.

I prefer using a mouse when I'm using my laptop because I'm very comfortable with it. I find it hard when I don't have a mouse especially navigating the up and down and scroll.

We have the same agony. I also find it very difficult navigating without the external mouse. One time I want to highlight just a small portion of my script but then it scrolled down up to the last page and I was really irritated.

I do agree that using an external mouse is very comfortable and offer great relief because we can move quickly with our task in the laptop. Plus, the fact that using a touch mouse pad is straining to the fingers.

That's good because graphical jobs are more difficult to accomplish without using a mouse.

Yes, external mouse is really important especially when editing writing job. I find it difficult if I will just use the mouse of my laptop, so most often I would use external mouse to speed up my works.

I work and surf faster with a mouse. It's a must for me to tote a mouse and mouse pad.

Hi there, I was fully accustomed to desk top before I got my laptop. Now the problem is not with the mouse but with the typing. Mine is Sony Vaio and i feel too clumsy to type there. I can type much faster with my desk top but here it is hell.

Yes, I always use mouse with the laptop. I feel I can easily do something with the mouse. I don't use the touch pad of the laptop. I can easily maneuver using the mouse than the touch pad. It all depends on one's preference over things because there are people who don't like to use any mouse when using the laptop.

Hi jlamela! No, i do not use mouse anymore. I am used with my touchpad eversince so i stick with it and getting the heck of it! lol I'm very much comfortable using it when i am doing anything on the computer. As to what they say, Practice makes perfect So probably, that's the reason that I'm used to touchpad compared to mouse. I haven't touch a mouse for such a long time.

When i got my first laptop, i've been using a dekstop for 5 years. So i wasnt comfortable with touchpad, and used a mouse instead. I keep using my laptop with mouse. When i check out something on a friends laptop without a mouse, using the touchpad feels like i'm trying to use an alien device.
