How often do you clean your room?

Right now my husband and I have about four notebooks full of Yugioh cards sitting on the floor. That is the only thing cluttered in the floor. The Game Cube is under the t.v. stand, visible, but not too much in the room. We have too small of a room for our growing collection of games and gaming systems. We actually have to put some of our stuff in other rooms. Now, we live with his parents but we hope to move out and live in our own doublewide by next year. Ha! I'd love to see how EMPTY the house would be in comparison with all our stuff gone!

Hi Nooveggies, I can my room daily for dust and keeping the linens and pillows organized but general cleaning is weekly, change beddings, pillow cases, curtains, etc. We need to maintain a clean room for us to be away from any form of sickness or diseases. Good that you are trying to keep your room clean and look tidy.

sadly only once a week.. i am a busy man and i cant help it..however busyness is not an exucues or not cleaning the room and i know it.. so most of the time i try to clean the room when ever i get a chance.. but normally staurdays and sundays i fully clean it.. cleaning my room process includes my table, desktop and the floor.. sometimes my mom helps me a lot..

I clean my room every one or two weeks. I doesn't get very messy much, as I always do my homework downstairs, so I don't spend that much time in my room. And when I do, I try my best not to mess stuff around. But in a week or two, usually some clothes get piled and I have random stuff on the floor, so I pick a couple up and it's clean again. I don't have a lot of time to clean up, so this routine fits me perfectly.

Our room was previously very, very messy and because of that, I've been taking a little bit of time every day trying to clean in our bedroom. It would probably take me about two hours straight to totally clean the bedroom, but I don't have that kind of time in the day to commit to cleaning the bedroom, so it is getting clean a little bit at a time. It won't be long until I'll only have to spend about five minutes each day making sure that I am getting it cleaned up.

nahh.. i dnt clean my room.. cox wenevr i clean my room theres always a little sister that wud mess up the whole thing again.. same goes hir i have a dirty computer table and already looks old and jxt been hir for almost 3 months..

i'M OLDER THAN U & HAVE A HOUSE INSTEAD OF JUST A ROOM. i DO SOMETHING IN MY HOUSE EVERYDAY. It takes me all week to do what i use to do on my day off but i eventually get it done.

I try to do it once a week but sometimes i just get soo busy and dont get around to it. Between work, running errands, looking for a second job, and spending time with my son and fiance I find it hard to get alot done. My son messes up the room on a daily basis. Most of the time I just go to bed with the floor hidden LOL!!

I always clean my room every day. I more often sweep the room every day. I always return the goods that I use to its place, so I did not take long to clean the room. I just need to sweep and clean the dust. each wake up, I immediately beds.

My room is alway tidy but I do dust and vacuum once a week at least. I like to have a clean room and clean house at all times. I have OCD when it comes to keeping my house clean. If someone starts to mess up I start to get a bit crazy. This is the way I have been all my life.

I hardly ever clean my room LoL. It isn't such a mess though as I keep things neat and I don't have many your belongings. I do sweep the floor and mop in once a weed - two weeks but I think that is already good for a single guy who is alone in the city.

Yes, I'm a pedantic! I always love my room clean, tidiness is next to Godliness. It sounds cliche but it's true, when your room is tidy it feels like your safe in a haven. So better start cleaning your own room.

My room isn't very messy. I may have a few dishes or glasses on the nightstand near my bed because (sorry mom!) I'm a bad, bad person who eats and drinks in bed. However, things tend to stay straightened for a reasonable amount of time. I am very grateful for that fact. I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, meaning that running around the apartment and cleaning has become more of a pain than a mere chore.

I clean my room like every 2 weeks or so. My room is a complete mess with clothes every where the only time i clean is when some one comes over to visit.

My room never gets messy, but it is cleaned (vacuumed, dusted) at least weekly. In fact, the same goes for the whole house. When my five sons were younger and at school they kept their rooms tidy with everything put away.

I usually do my room about once a week. I do tons of laundry every day so if there is dirty clothes in my hamper I am washing them. I cleaned my room yesterday--actually putting things away and getting the stuff that don't belong in there to it's right place. Our house is small so I usually try to pick the kids' rooms up everyday and let mine go until I have time to get to them. I am usually on the computer doing extra income things and then doing my homework. I just don't have time to really clean until I get more done around the rest of the house.

Good for you that you get to clean your room at least once a week. My answer to your question would be: not often enough. Yeah my room is kinda messy right now but not that dirty. I do try to clean at least once a week but arranging my stuff in order, that takes more time for me. The only part that is messy in my room would be the study desk, chair, (which are full of notebooks, papers, books, folders, the bags would be on the chair and right now I think there are around 4 bags on it) and my dressing table(which has all kinds of knickknacks, ids, coins, scraps of paper, keys, toiletries, etc.). The rest of my room is in order except for those two major activity spots. I actually do intend to clean/arrange the things in my room tomorrow or this Sunday, Im not decided yet which day but for sure if I get lazy tomorrow Ill do it on Sunday. I actually need to clear my room this weekend because the lesson proper on my subjects would start next week so to be fully prepared for class next week, I also have to prepare my room.^_^ You're right that being a college student does have a lot of things to do or we have a lot of other things that we wish to do rather than those that we need to do. I dont even get to watch tv anymore. I just go straight to my computer and be online.^_^

I honestly clean my room during weekends only. Having to work 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday does not give me enough time to do it.

my room is in a mess. I do not have the time to clean it up all the time. but I do try to keep it strait as much as possible. I get busy with my work and other pasttimes as well. so I sometimes things in my room will plie up. I have been away from home alot visiting my gf and staying in her place so I am not there to clean it up to begin with lol.

Hi Noove! Well as for me, I am a clean freak... I like things to at least kept neat... So I clean my room just about everyday... I clean the whole entire hour about twice a week.... But I do pick up toys and such that my daughter leaves around every night... My boyfriend says that I might have a problem, but I don't think so, I just like things to be kept in order!
