What time do you sleep?

When I was working I would be in bed no later then 11:30pm after the news. Now since I'm not working I go to bed very late. In fact last night I didn't go to bed till 3am in the morning. I just don't get tired till after 1 or 2 in the morning for some reason. Before I go to bed I'm usually watching a movie or the news. Hopefully one day when I get a job I will start to go to bed at a better time.

Hi lcdelmendo, I am a late sleeper. i only have 4 to 5 hours sleep. I am doing mylot too when i am still up late night. like right now i am still up and responding on to mylot and it's already 11:36pm our time! So, goodnight.

I usually sleep at 12 o'clock at night.

I can not sleep on a normal night so i tend to go to bed about 2am and then i do tend to go to sleep,where as if i go to bed any earlier i find that i still can not go to sleep until 2am.I do come on here alot as well as try to keep busy to try to tire myself out.

Oh, normally I would go online as well. Last few months I would only sleep late because of watching some interesting TV shows, I guess now because of online work and those FB applications. I managed to cut down the amount of time I spend on my virtual farms , but I am busy looking for more work opportunities online and of course, mylotting! I sleep very late around 1 or 2am and now I have difficulty to fall asleep early.

I go to sleep around midnight, that's because I'm short in time and with the things to do I usually always going to bed at that time. And I sleep till about 7am, really my alarm goes on at 6.30 am, but I usually get up a bit later.

Around 10:00 pm, I usually hit the sack. I understand with what you're going through with the paper thing. I've been there and I never want to do it again. Just the thought of it make me cringe. I only stay up late at night when I'm online except the Farmville thing. I do have Facebook account but I'm not a fan of games.

I usually go to bed, whenever I'm tired. I don't really have a set time. It depends on the night in question. Some nights, I might to bed around 8:30 or 9 o'clock. Sometimes I go to bed around 10:30 or 11. Sometimes it's later. I just listen to what my body is telling me. It varies from night to night.

I am very used to sleeping late and sleeping in. Most of the time, before I throw in the day, I go online and surf the internet, write, and try to make some extra money. I like to do whatever pops into my mind at about 12 midnight and then retire at around one or two am. If I could, I would sleep in until noon, but with everything to do in the morning, this is impossible.

Hi there, I am not sure when I go to bed. If I am in serious business with mylot or other online business I would remain awake till 2 am but if there is nothing of that sort I go to bed at around 10 or 11.

ohhhh i sleep early around 7pm =).......up to 10pm haha yeah because i stay late from 10pm till early morning =) then i sleep again till lunch. Yes because i'm not the only one who is using my PC aawwww...I like Internet and money making sites my reasons for staying late but only for now coz it's our vacation. =)

I have the same situation as yours. I'm getting used to sleep around midnight and this would be a last post for me today because i'm going to sleep now. And it's going to 12 am now. I wash my face and brush my teeth before sleeping :) The earliest I get to sleep is 12MN, but unfortunately there are times that I just lay there on the bed, waiting for sleep to crawl in, and before I know it the sun's already rising.

I sleep at 11:30 and I play farmville too but i dont play for so long. Before I sleep I just go browse around on the internet or watch some t.v., on some days, I finish up some work.

hi icdelmendo, well twelve is my usual time, i live in a hostel and no wonder people don't sleep early here, we all just keep ourselves busy with something something, having fun chatting and playing most of the time, there are rarely some guys who sleep before 11 in the night, and yeah not to mention getting up in time in the morning can be troublesome for us at times.

I sleep around 11 to 12 midnight because of the kids, they're used to waking up late so the sleep late in the evening. I tried going early to bed at night but it seems impossible because the kids are just there on the bed making all sorts of noises and plays. Cheers!

For me, I usually sleep around 12 to 1am. I have formed into the habit of sleeping late at that time, even though I am fully aware of the bad impact of sleeping late. Before going to sleep, I am always watching some English-speaking TV seiries and some Korean programes for the purpose of practicing my English and Korean listenig ability. This practice will last for about an hour, and then I will listen to some soft musics until I fall asleep. In spite of that, I still insist on sleeping early is the best habit for us. I will try to sleep early in future!

LOL i play farmville too! But im not on it for that long each day. I sleep at 11:30. I just play or finish up some work before I go to bed.

Well, when I was internetless I went to bed at 10-11ish. Now, I've had internet for not much more than a week so I'm still trying to catch up after 2-3 months without it, so I get to sleep around 2-3 am... It's not too bad, cause I'm able to wake up early if I have to.
