Can i use alertpay for Shopping on Ebay

I have balance in alertpay to buy a phone accessories which is won by me.. but in paypal I have not required balance... Is there is any possibility to pay with alertpay...

This is not possible. ebay doesn't support alertpay. You may contact the seller and offer your proposal to pay with alertpay. He/She may accept your offer. Good Luck.
