If you have had kids did you talk exclusively about everything but?

Punkster- It is because it is a beautiful moment for most women who become pregnant. We don't talk about our growing baby every moment, and to be honest the times I've spoken about it in public is because someone came running up to me dying to pat the belly, as if I was some cute dog that needed to be petted. Being pregnant is a worthy topic of conversation though, and when you are pregnant it can feel like your whole life is on hold until this tiny person arrives and then when they do it is so wonderfully amazing I couldnt help but talk about them they are it has to be said my greatest achievment and always will be so if I want to talk about them I will because I am so proud of them.

it is but natural for any women to talk of nothing but that child in her belly especially if it is her first child. even if armed with etiquette these pregnant women would still do this. you'd notice two kinds pf people once these pregnant women open their mouths: those who courteously tolerate them since they've been in a similar situation and those who shut up and if possible try to stay away from them . now, that is also natural....

LOL.The reason for that I believe, is the overwhelming joy of becoming a mother. Would- be-mothers just wanted to share that joy within them to everybody around them. You can't blame her. A baby is a gift from heaven.:-) Probably, when your mother was pregnant with you, she couldn't help herself bragging about how you were behaving inside her belly,too. LOL. Have a great day.:-)

honey this is probably a bad place to insult mothers like that i think most of the mylot population is mothers. but on to the topic at hand now first your friend is a little overbearing but you need to be supportive maybe shes actually nervous? second when you get preggo you'll probably find that you end up doing the same thing even if you don't think you will. i used to think the same thing before i got preggo but once i did it was the number one thing on my brain all the time and i then understood why they are all like that its just hard not to. i didn't talk as much as some girls do tho but i know i did more than i thought i would :)

Let them be, they are just happy and excited of this new chapter in their lives. Just imagine a life inside your own. Men will forever be wondering how it feels but that is fulfillment of a life long dream to most women. If you'll get married I'm sure you'll feel the happiness and excitement especially with your first born child. Cheers!
