lynnzheng, Referral by definition is a person who is being referred into an organization or company or myLot (here in this case). In myLot, when a referral of yours is actively posting and doing the tasks, you get to earn a certain percentage of their earnings. So, the more referrals you have working under you the more you earn. Tasks in myLot is like a job. It is something different and additional for you to earn extra money. But you will need to complete the task according to the task creator and be accepted before you get paid. Likewise, you may also create tasks for other members to help you do something like recruiting for another money earning site or etc., and you pay them accordingly for successfully completed tasks. Everyone has a beginning, but as this is a discussion site - just feel free to contribute your point of views, ideas, advice or help. You can also start a discussion to create awareness or share your experiences or whatever you feel is helpful for members here.
