I guess not. Prior to applying for a job, it's already a habit of mine to check, not only the basic pay I'd get, but also the legality and stability of the company, benefits for employees, work location, and, above all, the career development opportunities available. What else did I miss? The bottom line, however, is that no matter how good the pay is, there are still other factors that you need to double check and consider. What's your stand?

The stability of the campany is very important, there's no point in getting a good pay if the company shut down after a few months.
