during winter season, any tips about asthma ?

winter season is in front of us and we know cold weather and cold air may attach to asthma sufferer. do you know how to avoid asthma attacking at winter season ? any tips or suggestion ?

One tip I like - if you are breathing, do breathe through your nose, and avoid breathing through your mouth, that way you have time to warm your breathe. :)

breathing is much effective, which can help to stop chronic coughing and began to clear and relieve lungs and bronchial tubes. so the optimal natural breathing system can continuously reduce or eliminates attack of asthma. but breathe is little hard to new people, so its need to learn under the expert guidance.

Ugh, the cold air affects my asthma, too. I always wear a long winter scarf around my neck, and when it's super cold, I pull it up around my mouth and neck so that it warms the air before I breathe it in. karen

I'm also within this type of problem of asthma and always giving care myself to avoid its attraction. its really hurt, while caught me cold. as you have asthma too, during winter and cold air you don't be careless yourself.

Just take one teaspoon honey with ginger,before you go to bed and early in the morning if needed.i am sure the congestion of your chest will go away and your body will remain more active during winters... please let me know after 3 days..

thanks for your nice tips. i indeed that honey is considered beneficial in the treatment of asthma. Ayurveda said, in cold, cough, asthma and congested chest mix one/two tea spoon of honey with equal quantity of ginger juice, when consumed twice daily, its help to relieves the symptom of asthma.
