i don't mind to do clothes washing, do u? but i hate to do ironing.

Hi, debbie2009. I would rather wash than to iron too. I do think that is you wash clothed everyday, it will make your water bill much higher. My husband has ironed my clothes a couple of times in the past. Especially my church dresses. I just love the way that he irons clothes. I don't iron his clothes. My husband does not really iron his clothes, they already look ironed once he takes them out of the dryer.

I have ironed before but don't really know how to iron. Growing up, I hardly remember anyone ever ironing, it just wasn't something that was done regularly. I was taught to iron by my MIL but havent' really grasped it yet. My husband and I want to get the Mr. Steamy's that they have on the market, just a ball you fill with water and throw in the dryer. However, I've also been told from a mylotter here that you can just throw a dry wash cloth or towel and it does the same trick to knock the wrinkles out. If you can, getting the stuff out of the dryer and hung up really fast can help eliminate wrinkles, but there's not many things we hang up here, just jeans and a few shirts. Most of the clothes we wear on a regular basis goes into the drawer's, and not into the closet.

I feel the same. It is quite easy to do the washing. I just need to put the clothes into the washing machine and it will be done automatically. It is easy. I don't like ironing because it is troublesome in my opinion. It is boring and tiring. This is why I don't want to buy the clothes which need to iron after washing. I love China

Although ironing can be very tiring, I find it enjoyable than washing clothes. I am not really used to washing clothes, that's why I prefer to do the ironing. It's what I do at home.

I'm responsible for washing my clothes. But doing it once a week makes me tired. I just hate washing, though I am using the washing machine. As for the ironing, i just love doing it. I always makes sure that my clothes are neat before i hang or fold them.

In our busy schedules and routines, we won't find time to wash our clothes or to iron it. We normally, put them in washing machine or give it to maid servant to wash them for us. We give the clothes to ironing outside......The dry cleaners will iron our clothes and give door delivery too.

I honestly barely know how to iron. But I guess since the alternative fabrics that are "no iron" came about it's usually not necessary. And unless you have a professional job where they judge you critically on such things, then you do it yourself or take it to the cleaners to have it pressed. the last time I ironed was a few weeks ago when I needed to add some patches to my daughters girl scouts uniform but beyond that, I don't use an iron.

I hate to iron as well and if it truly needs to be ironed i will but if it is just for a few wrinkles i let it go and won't do it it at all. I am also not very good at ironing at all, i try my best and do it anyways. I do not mind doing the laundry at all because it needs to be done of course and i would rather do it during the week than on the weekend when i can spend time with the family. I don't like folding the socks though as that bothers me of course. Now if you are having problems with your water bill and you need to lower it the best way i can think of is to change your settings if you have it to a small load super load or medium load every time you are doing a load. If you see that the medium load is enough water to do a big load as i have noticed that with in the past month that are medium on the washing machine is enough water so watch the water line the next time you are doing a load and you will see you won't need to use so much water all the time.
