It's Friday the 13th!!!

I have never had any problems on Friday the 13th. My personal opinion is those who do have bad luck on this day do so because they are looking for it. If you go out looking for something bad to happen it will. I look as any Friday the 13th as just another day of the month and I don't go looking for bad things, because if I did I would surly find them

Well, I don't believe in such things like Friday 13th, even I have a ery good moment exactly on Friday 13th. I think the most people believe, that something bad is going to happen on this day, but when you don't pay attention to it I can even guarantee you that nothing bad is goingto happen on you, even the opposite- it gonna happen something good. You just must think of something good or you just must not think- "Well, today is Friday the 13th and now something bad is going to happen on me or someone else. You must think that way-" Well, today is Friday the 13th, just another ordinary day." So if you do this I promise you, that nothing is going to happen on you. Have a happy Friday the 13th :))))

i have actually had not bad luck YET. Today has been great really - I handed it all my coursework and now I was able to have one hour free time in the computer room which is brilliant. Friday the 13ths are never bad for me - I feel sorry to the people who do as these are to me the best days.

It's the same day just like the other days of the other months. I dont believe in superstitions. I believe that only God knows our destiny and He only knows till when we are going to spend our life here on earth.

Have you noticed that even the Tarot Cards the card #13 doesn't have the # on it cuz it's considered bad luck...

Yes November 13 2009 It's a Friday.According to my view Friday is very good day because in our Hindu religion Friday is our God Shakthi ma's day.So many people get up early,after completing the daily works pray the god.

I agree with you, it's just another Friday. Whatever got that superstition started anyway? Even the younger generation has picked up on this superstition. I'm surprised they don't find some superstition to fall back on the 9/11 Twin Towers attack. As far as "luck" we make our own whether it be good or bad. If you look for something bad to happen it probably will and you will be the one to make it happen even if you don't know it. Ahha, the power of suggestion...

hi scarlet witch12 I think its so silly to be superstitious over Friday the 13th as its always been a rather lucky day for me and I have never had anything bad happen to me on that day. I think someone just started this and it got blown out of proportions, superstitions are pretty silly anyway.

Friday the 13th has always been a very lucky day for me for some reason or another. I know a lot of people who dread it. I never worry about it too much and just go about my day

I have heard about this and don't belief it because it is pure superstition. I started to belief but found out that it was not true because nothing had ever happened to me on that day so I dropped it. In fact todaw was good for me. Your father needs to take it easy because what you belief in would eventually become reality.

I cant see any bad reasons why they are scared when friday the 13th fall in. For me that is very superstitious and i never heard of any strange incident that happened during that day. my mom also told me to be more careful during friday the 13th because many accidents usually happened that day, she is known to be very superstitious person so I just ignore her. But I am really careful everytime I go out of house.

scarletwitch12, i really didn't know if you did not tell me... I am actually not a superticious too. I believe that God is always there to protect us. It is not the number 13 falls into friday that makes a person unlucky, it is what you believe in. What you believe and think often drives the energy... it makes things come true... However, it is not bad to take an extra care but should be exercise always... not just on days like friday the 13th.

This is just a well-recognized holiday,I think that only by treating every day like a normal frame of mind.To make their every day feel very happy and very fulfilling.

Well, I don't think it's that unlucky. But, in my opinion, if it means I can scare people by pushing my black cat out in front of them and setting out several ladders...then why not?

Hi, scarletwitch12. I don't like to think of this date as being a bad day either. But, I am wise enough to know to take precautions when something as superstitious as this day comes along. I would have canceled my trip too. This date reminds me of Jason Voorhees..
