Suggestions for Cartoon Character costume

i'm thinking of a costume to wear on our christmas party. theme is cartoon characters. i'm thinking cruela deville, but it's too hard for me to do on my own, the fact that i can't sew and might not find a dalmatian print fabric. i'm thinking of tinkerbell.. can u suggest other cartoon characters? i'm about 5 ft flat, petite. thanks in advance.
