myLot: a viable way of earning extra money, or just a hobby?

for me,it's hobby keeps me here,i can learn english,meet new friends,exchange our opinions,and i like to see the $num grow day by day,enjoy yourself here,have a nice day!

I think the moment I take it into more than a hobby; that is totally as an earning portal, that's the day I will get bored. As long as I do this for fun, as a hobby and something on the extra, I will keep coming back for more. That is my take on this. I don't think one can earn a lot unless like you said, there are active referrals or every task is accepted and money keeps piling up. Even then, there is no concept of residual income here, and it's you get what you participate on. So, it's best to look upon mylot as a hobby and to reconnect with friends and making new ones too.

For me I'm not on here for the money, at first the money got me here and I probably wouldn't be here unless I was getting something but the thing is I love being able to talk and earn money at the same time. I'm not ignorant to believe that you can earn enough money online to support yourself.

It is a good way to connect with other for me as well. As far as referrals are concerned, I have now referrals, and I am able to get the payout every month, just by posting responses to discussions. I do start a few discussions, but not that many. It does take effort to get payout, but I am willing ot do just that. It is isnt' all about the money anyway, as I love sharing with others and learning from them, and of course making frineds as well. I have done all of that, and I have never regretted my decision to join mylot. I just wish I had done it sooner, but now that I have, I am here to stay. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Well, for many of us who easily reach the payout of at least $10 a month it is a Good way of earning some extra money, as most of us use it for things we may not have been able to do otherwise. But at the same time this has also become a Fun hobby where you come and meet so many wonderful people and learn about each other, make some Great friends from all over the world, and just have Fun. The main thing is most of us who have been here a while have learned it is more than just the money that keeps us coming back, but find it worth it to be active here as well. Well, for me at first I think it's a way to earn money but if your thinking about that it's kind a hard to concentrate and think some good topics and responses. You should take this site like your normal social networking site so that you could easily response and make good quality ones. There are a lot of smart people here that could answer good questions, and I'm also here to improve my English skills.

I use the site for communicating,research and to earn some money. If you will only focus on earning, you will be drained. Work and Play here in Mylot.

Hi. I think it's both- in the beginning I sign up only for the money, but now it's more interesting for me to chat with the other members and to make new friendships. I was thinking that we be only a site for making some extra money, but it isn't. It's more funny to "talk" with the others about their problems, to share your own happy or sad moments and to give your oppinion to other discussions. Well, you can earn some money, but it couldn't be so much to be enough for something(I think so). There are a lot of people I think, who are here not so much for the money, but for the new friends and the discussions. Happy mylotting :)))

It is something more than hobby WE like to respond to people queries and best thing is that we are getting paid for it. It is worthy and better than yahoo answers as we are getting instant reply and money

I don't think it should be a hobby or just a way to chat if your serious about Mylot then you really can get a decent income from this website. plus I like it cause you can set your own hours and how many you wish to respond to get a decent income. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, you're right. Earnings here are so little. I thought, I would only waste my time here. But, when I started browsing through the discussions, I began to enjoy reading them and started to interact. I kind of like this sharing of ideas.

I totally agree with you. We can't earn a decent income every month in mylot without many many active referrals. I know some mylotters earn good bucks here both by themselves and by their active referrals. But I don't think it a good way of earning money just by posting discussions, because it takes too much time and effort. Some people may feel boring soon. We can earn several times the money by working out. So I believe most mylotters just take is a way of relax to be here.

Once you know how it works, you will find that myLot isn't just a hobby, but more of like a duty that you must visit here and participate and when you reach your first payment, you will work hard for another one and so on. At least that's what I think. I agree that it can also build a connection between friends here. The more you join the discussions especially initiated by your friends, you will find a great social networking here.

I think mylot is a good platform where you can earn extra money.. and here you will find many friend's whom you never meet.. and now it's my hobby to answering questions on mylot..

Hi sunlight. I came here for money. Nothing else. I have tried other sites too. After some time it got so boring I droped all of them except this one. I rarely look at my earnings now. I get in when I have the time and enjoy spendign a few hurs with all of you per week. Enjoy!

Hello! Im kinda new here so I couldnt really say but from the perspective of a newbie, I think it can be both. It just depends on how active you are to this site. I believe though MyLot offers more than giving extra cash for every comment. Its the info and the friends you gain along the way
