I'm making a fish stew: muscles, prawns and flaked white fish fillets.
Served with chips and veggies!
Could be delicious; could be a disaster! I suppose it rather depends what herbage I can rustle up to pick up the flavours a wee bit...
What's on your menu?

I am making homemade pizza tonight. I am in the mood for a some good pizza and don't want to pay $40 to have enough pizza to feed us delivered. Pizza is so expensive to order these days with the addition of the tip. So I am going to make my own tonight. You dinner sounds really good too. I love seafood. Enjoy your dinner!

Homemade pizza is a thing of absolute joy!
My ma used to make the best pizza I ever tasted, and only ever to use up whatever we had left in the fridge on a Friday! Various meats, veggies, etc.
Only later did I realise that, somehow, she had cooked pizza without using any garlic...
Thanks for the reply. :-)

I made a huge salad of raw greens (chocory, celery and fennel) and put boiled prawns with cocktail sauce on it. Added also a hardboiled egg. I love this kind of food. Well, I have had to snak later because it wasn't enough to fill me, but it was good to eat!! And I have a thing for cocktail sauce.

hi Mjay,
We are hindus so basically we are predominently vegetarian and about 90% of time we have pure vegetarian food. Our staple diet is Rotis ( made from wheat floor), a vegetable dish, curd and salad for the dinner. Today we are going to have mixed vegetable soup that is fillowd by potato and pea mixed vegetable, curd and salad for dinner and after that vanilla ice cream for the desert. That is all . Nothing fancy.

Most likely it will be leftover bbq chicken. We made a ton of it on Thursday night. Maybe some rice on the side and a veggie or two.

I am making my own batter for corn dogs and will be making corn dogs and chili fries. My husband loves chili fries and corn dogs. Usually on Fridays I try to make easy simple meals. It saves us money and we do not have to order in pizza or bring in fast food. My husband goes to work early on Saturday mornings and I do not like making such a big meal.
