Help me to charge someone for New Software Project

Hey Friends, I need some help from you. I am a ASP.NET developer and I got a Project in ASP.NET of about 250pages, which will use complex database queries and long codes. Now I have a problem that before this I never charge any amount to anyone for software Project. Can you help me and tell me How much USD (US dollar) I have to charge for creating this project? Please help me and tell me that I will not get cheated by that person who had given me this Project. If you will tell me the charge amount in USD then i can better understand about charging for website development. Please tell amount only in US dollar. Thanks
