I think worry is all about mindset and experiences. If you have less experiences in your life, perhaps you can easily be worrying about something. Also if you have, for instance, a mindset about ghost is in a dark place, then when you go to a dark place you will feel afraid and worry of facing the ghost. But here we will talking on positive way. Worry is a normal feeling. But with enough experiences we can stop or at least controlling our worries. You can also do it by sharing your problem with other people, or at least to your parents or your family. I think as a human we may have a lot of limitation when facing a problem, that's why we can't live alone in this world and that's why we need other's help. Just find a best friend and trusted one to share your worry to that people. If you can't trusting other real people around you, perhaps you can choose to run your own blog with your alias name and sharing your story or problem on your blog. Many people around this world will help you by give you their best thinking to help you solving your problem. But if your worry bring you to an unstable blood pressure, i think firstly you need to meet your doctor and ask for suitable medicine to help you reducing your stress level. Then later you can try my suggestion above. Good luck for you and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

just try to smile always. enjoy everything you see, never be angry. Never take pressure with any matter, because pressure won't give you anything without harm.
