whats is up with a bunch of people selling there sites

i have noticed a lot of new owners to some of the ptc sites as gpt sites are qwned by new people and that . i guess thats what happenes when someones owns more sites than they can handle . what do you think

Sites can be sold for a lot of money, it's worth selling if you got no funds left anyway.

some sites that have new owners still owed people money so now the new owners are stuck with the old owners dept witch i think has to be unfair for the new owner
