Yes, I do take photos with my cellular phone. One of the reason why I choose my cell phone when I bought it is its high megapixel. Simply because I had the plan of using its camera feature during my activities. I do have a camera, but I do not usually bring it. While my cell phone is with me all the time. So when there are times that I need to take a picture, I just simply use my mobile phone camera.

i more like to take a photo using camera. because the resolution and quality of picture is pretty good than camera.even there's a lot handphone with camera in big megapixels, i think the result is different. using sony ericson camera 3.2 megapixels, the result is good too, almost like using camera.but when try to edit or zooming, not clear

Hello
I have digital cameras by Canon the latest one, normally i carry that in my bag and take pictures with it, but if it is not with me or battery is exhausted, or i am in a hurry, some times i take pictures with my cell phone also, but the picture is not as good as the digital camera...
Thanks for sharing.
Welcome always.
Cheers.

I don't really have a good camera phone now, so I prefer using a digital camera. I do have thoughts that digital camera provide better quality, but nowadays camera phones are closing the gap. Convenience is the main point I guess, but the start-up time and image processing time is taking quite a while for a camera phone. This is quite irritating. Not to mention poor quality in low light conditions. But of course, technology will improve so I think I will stick with camera phone now.

yeah I do, I never carry a hand held camera as my phone has a good enough camera (its an i-phone).
The camera is good enough to be able to print off A3 photo's.
So I do have a hand held camera but only use it for the zoom, if I out am using my phones camera then I will use an editing suite to zoom etc etc.
In this day and age the phone camera's are just as good as the hand held ones the only time I dont use my phone is if its a video I am taking but for still's 99% of the time its my phone.

I take pictures with my cell phone because it's with me everywhere I go - accessibility and convenience in one go. I also use my cell's camera when taking pictures because me and my friends like to camwhore a lot and then want a copy for each one who was in the picture later on... so, we can send it immediately to their phone as well. Aside from that, no need to carry another bulky item just to have pics taken. I just make sure to back it all up when I get home.
