Losing weight is kinda tough especially when you're pretty much dissatisfied with how you look. We, as a people, tend to do as much as we can in order to look and feel good as possible. Yes, we all know losing fats comprises of regular exercise and diet on the same time. However, given a chance to choose only one. Which one would you pick? Would you rather reduce on your food intake or do a regular workout?
As for me I would just definitely do a a regular workout. Because with this activity it includes a continous movement of your body. So it means that I don't have to follow a certain exercise program because household chores like washing the dishes, doing the laundry, etc. can also be treated as a regular workout due to the continous movement that helps you lose weight.

Yes, I agree with you mchavez11... I also do the same thing. For me its better to exercise rather than deprive yourself from eating. but ofcourse I still apply discipline.. I only choose healthy foods for myself, something that won't make my exercise habit useless.

Hello mchavez11 this is checkmail and would prefer to do exercise instead of going on diet.Yeah i believe that there must not be any change in the regular diet as it affects our health. We could ton up our body by doing proper exercises under the pro instructor, and get the shape that we want without changing in our diet. And on other hand going on diet means cutting out our meals jsut to lose some weight, doesn't sound good.Yeah i agree with you that certain daily routine work can be counted as an exercise.

I'd rather work out. We can burn calories just by doing some exercises that are not really strenuous or you can even hardly say you are exercising i.e brisk walking, swimming, hiking or biking. Anyways, exercises don't mean you have to be confined to a four cornered space just to have it. We can do varieties. As for dieting, nope. Tha't not for me. I love food and I don't mind indulging myself in some "sinly" food from time to time. :-)

me as a body concious i really do both of this but i most prefer to do workout than diet cause there are times that my mother cook really delicious food thats why i cant control to eat much but having a healthy body is not just doing workout also you need to have self discipline ..
thats the really important!!

I really don't like working out, never did, even though I know it is very important. I do love to eat!! I am one of those people who can eat whatever and never gain weight. It was only after having my children that I ever had to diet. I have two boys, so twice in my entire life I had to diet and hated every minute of it! I think that was the hardest thing I ever had to do for myself. In answer to your question, I would choose to exercise, hands down.

I believe that to lose weight effectively,a healthy diet and exercise if important.an exercise regimen will not be effective if you eat unhealthy food.eating healthy food with sedentary lifestyle is not effective also.a healthy lifestyle is achieved with healthy eating and exercise.if there is only one choice,it is equivalent to living unhealthily.

I would definitely go with workout.
Daily exercise help us not only to boost ourselves for looking good..fit and trim, but also,it helps us maintain our health.
Exercise is very good for our heart...and also regular sweating off would drive us away for having diabetes.
Diet is also good...and more good if we combine it with regular exercise too.

I think both are great way to lose some pounds. But to choose only one, I must say "exercise" because, you can see great results in doing such. Like what you said, we can simply make some exercises by doing household chores. With dieting, I simply can't stick with it because, I was tempted to eat some delicious and fatty foods...hehehe. But as they say, self-discipline is the key to be successful in losing some unwanted fats. Happy Lotting!

My opinion would have to be work out!
In school i learned that it really does not
matter how much you eat it's basically about
how much you work out and keeping up with it.
I am a very determined person so usually when
i set my mind to something i stick with it
and i have found the best toning work outs are
dance, dance, dance!!! I am not very sure how
men work out but i just have to say out of diet or
exercise i would go with exercise anything from running
to yoga is all very good for you.
