hi, i am still a new users here.
how to manage my payment information??
As I open the earnings. It show that I have not enter the payment information and paypal is not available in my country. But paypal is available in my country, so what should I do???

Follow the instructions to enter your country of residence and then your PayPal email address. Make sure that you complete all the fields correctly and accurately.
The restriction may not be whether or not PayPal is available in your country but whether the US Government currently allows payments to that country. If not, then there is nothing you can do about it but you can be sure that your earnings in MyLot will not be lost (as long as you log in at least once every three months) and when the restriction is lifted, your money will be paid.
