What was the last movie you saw? Have you seen any of the new movies? If so what would you recommend?

I recommend seeing Michael Moore's "Capitalism: a love story."
I want to see 2012, New Moon, A Christmas Carol, Fuel, and The Cove.

Of all those listed, I only heard of the Michael Jackson movie. Aren't they only releasing it in theatres for two weeks?
What are the rest about? Is My sister's keeper a sad movie about a girl who grows ill? I might have heard of it.

Well I just saw The Fourth Kind...IF you FORGET the fact that 'they' are trying to tell you the footage is real, then it's a pretty good movie. If you get hung up on the 'this is real' you're just going to be disappointed.
I did see Paranormal Activity--and that movie was AWESOME! It had it's funny moments, and it was also SCARY AS H3LL!!!!! lol.
I will be seeing The Men Who Stare At Goats tomorrow! :)

Yep I too agree with LilyoftheThorns, I just have watched "The Forth kind" online on http://online-movies.cona.in/ and it pretty boring but some parts are very entraining and real.

That murder/suicice scene was just awful! Esk! And the parts where the peoples bodies actually seem to be possessed by the 'aliens' are really creepy! But it wasn't as great as I thought it would be...
Again, Paranormal Actvity WAS as scary and good as I thought it would be! lol
I dont really like watching movies online like that, I prefer theaters or my own tv.

I saw 2012 day before yesterday. It was visually stunning with great effects and cinematography. But I felt the movie lacked pace in the middle stages and the acting was below par. There was hardly any emotion involved. Whatever little emotion the script had was also not properly executed. Watch this movie just for its visuals, it is a roller coaster ride.

The last movie I saw in a theatre was 2012. It was ok - more like a made for tv disaster film for the syfy channel.
Speaking of SyFy channel - I just watched megafault. It was ok for a made for tv movie.

I haven't watched any mew movies in a long time so the last movie I watched was probably the Transformers 2 movie and the Chihuahua movies..which Lisa loved to pieces and it was a good movie.

We saw It's all about Steve with Sandra Bullock at the movie theater a few weeks ago. It was okay but really not as good as I thought it would be. She is a great actress and she was funny as the character in the movie but all together the movie wasn't great. I think they showed a lot of the funny parts in the previews too. Other than that I haven't seen anything else lately. We don't get to the movies very often.

I saw Michael Jacksons This is It, it was very good if you are fan of his. I want to see 2012 which is coming out in a week or so. That looks like its going to be really good and a box office hit. I also want to see "Old Dogs" with John Travolta, his daughter Ella, his wife Kelly Preston and Robin Williams. It looks very funny from the previews. It opens November 25th.

We saw The Ugly Truth the other night. Uggh! Except for the vibrating underwear scene, everything else was ugly.
The night before, we saw GI Joe. It was OK. I think it was because it was so much an upgrade from the cartoons which I watched when I was young. And my son liked it so much that he watched it again afterwards.
