2012! whats you opinion?

First of all, welcome to myLot! My opinion is that it's a fantastic movie which I enjoyed very much but that it's also a work of fiction, as NASA even made a point to post on their website. There have been tons of "end times" movies and while they can all be rather scary and some have a "what if?" quality to them, they're all simply meant to be taken for what they are. "2012" is the latest and I'd say one of the best but I'm not going to max out my credit cards with the idea I won't have to pay them off...lol! Annie

Nah, I think it is a bunch of bunk. But it does look like an interesting movie!!! I may not believe the world is going to end, but I am definitely not going to miss the movie that is for sure. Btw... I read an article that even the Mayan descendants are saying that the world will not be ending in 2012 and that they think it is funny that everyone is saying that.

I don't believe in the theory either. It just doesn't really seem to make much sense to me, for one reason or another. It's just not the sort of thing that I believe in.

the facts shown in 2012 leading to the catastrophe were assumed ages ago. Though it also contains a little amount of fiction (which s supposed to be there). So i also dont believe that nething will happen.(hopefully). though Nostradamus was right about 9/11, hopefully he s not about this.

Yeah, it's just a fiction movie guys, but maybe the end of the day is like that and i wish not on 2012. In issues there are many conspiracy with 3 years again was ending the day. They just wanna make the new world order. I don't believe prophecy about it. Good luck

I don't think it is true because their has been much controversy over the "end of the World" date. It used to be 2009 and now it is 2012. It is hard to believe something that is not very accurate.
