Most Americans believe in the existence of God, even non Christ non-christians people to some point believe there is a God. Any believer will tell you that God lives in heaven and all that live according to his salvation giving word will one day be there with him to live an eternity in heavenly bliss. My question is, how can one prove the existence God of ? What evidence can be produced that would validate his majestic presentness. If a Christian is confronted by an unbeliver with such a question will he/she be able to provide an answer that would possibly cause the conversion of that person? Some body please reply, inquiry minds want to know.

Our belief in God can be based on things observed and on our accumulated personal experience. The following lines of reason can be used to firmly found one's belief n God:
1. What caused creation? When we look at the starry heavens or the various forms of life on earth, we need to wonder as to the source of these things. Every effect has a cause behind it. For example, a watch has a maker. And better still, it has an intelligent maker. Yet, the timepieces are set on earth in accord with the movement of the heavenly bodies. How much more intelligent the maker of the heavenly bodies must be!
2. What about life itself? Life has never come from any source other than life. We all know that very well. We can't get a cat out of a stone, no matter how much we try. Similarly, it stands to reason that only a living creator could produce life. That creator is God.
3. Belief in God is also necessary to explain conscience in man. Whenever and wherever people have lived, there has always been an inborn sense of right and wrong. This leads to the formulating of even countries laws and stuff which says that people should not murder, steal, etc. These are standardly viewed as right or wrong. Where did this universal natural law come from? After all, every law has a lawmaker. Is it not reasonable to believe that an outstandingly moral Person must be the Maker of a natural law that has worked for the obvious good and even preservation of all human society? That moral Person is God.
4. The proof that the Bible exists is proof that God exists. The Bible contains numerous prophesies that have been fulfilled or that are yet to be fulfilled, that even the most severe critics cannot say that they are untrue.
All creation reveals the glory of God...
"The heavens are declaring the glory of God;
And of the work of his hands the expanse is telling."
---- Psalms 19:1
The Bible also points out the name of this creator:
Psalms 83:18: "That people may know that you, whose name is JEHOVAH, You alone are the Most High over all the earth."

Thanks :-) I love reading the Bible and studying deeply into it. As Romans 11:33 says: "O the depths of God's riches and wisdom and knowledge! How unsearchable his judgements are and past tracing out his ways are!"

Hey Albert49. Well, why can't God exist? Everything in this world couldn't just be random. I have been studying the cell for sometime now, and the more I know about the behavior of the cell, how it is "programmed" made me even more convinced in God's existence. The air is enough evidence for His existence. Life itself and how it has came to be is God's evidence of His existence.

Good answer Milfea, thanks for your comment. I'm a believer and I like to check to see if people really know what they believe and why. You'll be amazed at the number of Christians that have no idea where their own denomination got it's start and how. how can one present the word of God if they don't even have a foundation for their own beliefs, come read some of my articles at hubpages.com search for albert49
