Do you think big bone people can look thin?

I believe big bone people can lose weight but never be small like some people are and look good and not sickly. If big people run in your family you probably will never be small no matter what diet your on. What are your views on that?

A big bone person should weigh a certain amount if to small they will not look good or healthy. A big bone person has different weight and height requirements then a regular sized person. So if they try to go my the requirements of a small bone person they just won't look right at all.

Ya I must agree with all of you. Im writing an article and really wasn't sure how to fit that in my article about bone structure and size. If you have any other thoughts on the subject please comment.

I think big bones is an excuse. I don't think big bone people exist, and I was one that used to say I 'was bigboned' but as I lifted my butt from the couch and lost the weight I had to loose...see, the 'big bone' excuse didn't work anymore.
Big bone people can look thin if they become thin, it's fat, not bones.

for me,it's not all about the bones.it's all about the proportion and the healthy weight.I am what some people might say big-boned,but it's alright with me.in fact,I am proud because I am big bones but proportional with my height.I am big boned but I am not flat chested.my shoulders and hips are proportional with each other.

well any doctor will tell you that there is no such thing as big boned. some people have broad shoulders and some don't. it is in some ways in your dna. the best way to lose weight is to find a supplement that will speed up your metabolism. make sure you eat breakfast in the morning and then get your self started. don't eat after six or seven in the evening. but if you go to bed early try not to eat after five. it takes discipline and hard work. i need to lose weight and those are the things that i'm trying
