How does squidoo work?

I've been on squidoo over a year now. I am a giant squid (100 club) and a Citizen squid (Mentor). Rating is easy. If a lens is good, it should be rated 5 stars. The site strives on quality lenses. Earnings are about two months behind. If your lenses rank well in November, you'd probably make some money in from November probably in January. Ranks structure: Tier 1: 1- 2000 approximately can get about $10. Some months are higher and some are lower. 2,001 - 10,000 approximately can be around $2. 10,001 - 85,000 approximately can be around 8 cents. Nothing is exact as many variable change each month. You get a general idea. Minimum is $1. I get pay each and every month through paypal. They are the first site that paid me. If you write quality content, you will succeed. Write about what you know works well.

i had ever heard about squidoo but i never try to earn some money in squidoo. but i alwyas want to know about sqidoo work. thanks
