why make friend with foreigner so diffcult

i come from china and word in a little sity in gangdong province of china , so it's diffcult to met foreigner in my sity , but lastweek,i met a guy who from from cannada ,and i try to talk with his , u known, this is frist time for me to talk with the foreigner , i am very excited , my english is poor , so we just talk only oner or two minuters, but i got his telephone munber ,and i try to send a message to his two day latter , but he didn't reply me , and i try to call he , i want to tell he that i want to pay for he if he can help me improve my oral english , but he stll didn't reply me , why make friend with foreigner so diffcult ?can you tell me the reasion ?

I am a chinese too.so glad to meet you here,you can think like this,if you are walking on the road,suddenly,a men came up and talk to you,and get your phone number,two days later,you receive his massage to want to make friend with you,will you became hesitate?maybe your behavious are too passionate and active to be accepted.but it is dosen't the matter.mylot is a good place to practies your english ,and there is a lot of person willing to help you.wish you have a good time in mylot.
