why is liquir legal and weed is illegal.

i've never heard of someone being killed by a high driver but people get killed by drunk drivers everyday. does this make any sense to you?

well my friend this is a very nice question. although i never thought about it. but now that i know even i am amazed that being in the same catagory, one is legal and another one is not. So, even i am very much interested to know what others have to say about this
