Is Cheating Really Cheating?

Is cheating on your spouse really cheating because society said it is? I don't think so, here are my thoughts.... People, Human Beings, Primates, Animals : Those are some categories we fall under. But if you look up the definition to each one you will have slightly different answers except that we are animals. All animals were born with natural instincts. Many of which we do not have control over. Many of our instincts we taught to use in our daily Adult lives. Meaning what we do for a living. Our jobs. But we still all have that "unspoken instinct." I myself do not have such a strong "Natural" instinct, but my husband does. So to me no cheating is not "Cheating". It is who we are. What do you think?
