I like Shakespeare a lot. The thing is I don't like to read him. I like to watch him instead.

I love Shakespeare, though my partner prefers Marlowe. I think I'm starting to come around to her point of view, much as I love 'Hamlet' and the rest.
Shakespeare was a bit of a tool in his day, and has been used to promote the establishment ever since. I think it's a shame that in studying theatre from this period, other more talented playwrights are ignored.
Which is your favourite of his works?

I really enjoy Shakespeare, I've taken a lot of classes covering him and always have a blast. It does take me a little bit to get back to understanding the language if it's been a while, but I usually have little trouble understanding the plays. The easiest way have found to comprehend the work is to read more of it, once you're use to the language you can understand words without having to look them up for the most part which opens up the whole play. Everything you need to know about Shakespeare are in the words he gives you.
