hi guys, being in this field, i have a question - now that a lot of things are going on line for training purpose and with technology, it is evident that people would like to incorporate the same into e-learning, my question is how much will keept the real sense of learning.
how to decide on the thin line between good and Ok.

Hello amitavroy. It can be seen that a lot more people are starting to have e-learning with the wide use of the Internet and for its convenience. But I have not attended any training program. I learn something that I can be related to in my working field. Yet I do have a lot to learn. Each time I learn something new, I always to try to figure it out by myself first before I ask help from my colleagues and friends.

yes, one thing which is very important to know is how much does the interactivity helps when learning. and i am sure it will differ from profession to profession.
i mean sure people who are related to computers will not mind too much interactivity. Whereas people who are not much into computers may want something which is simple and quick.
