Does anybody else do random thinking when you're bored?

Sometimes when I am bored, I don't realize what I am thinking about until I actually think about it. Then after that I start thinking how this only happens when I only focus on doing this. Usually after that, I think about something bad and then realize how bad it would be if somebody in the room could read minds and read what I was thinking. I know all this sounds really confusing but does anything else like this happen to anybody else?
