I become fatter and fatter after I pregnant. I try to reduce my weight but I failed. People start to call me ''fat lady'' in my office. Even my son asks me what I become so fat. What can I do? Any suggestions from you guys? Thanks!

Well, I don't mind being called fat cause it is just nature to get fat. If you enjoy eating then why not ? I mean you only have one life, just eat away ! But getting pregnant is just something natural, I wouldn't care for those bad mouthed people but rather think of your lovely son/daughter that is living inside you. I'm very happy for you and hope you have a wonderful baby. Cheers !!

I admit that I cannot maintain my weight, too. When I was so active in badminton games (played daily in the past year), I felt I was in a best condition physically and I liked it. I liked it because I get to wear my old clothes that were already tight fitting. I always like to dress up and I usually notice if I grow bigger. I am going back to playing again but it seems laziness gets ahead of me, lol. Work sometimes hinder me to play regularly, if not daily... or maybe, just plain tiredness because of age (?), hahahaha. Don't worry about them telling you that, it is a good challenge for you to prove to them that you can slim down. Cut your intake of sugar, fats and salt and watch your diet.

Keep a good attitude about it and try to be a good sport. For example if they say "Hello, fat lady" just go "oh, hello toothpick guy"... then move on with the rest of your day. You're the only one who can control your weight. If you're happy about it then there's nothing other people can do about it. Now if you're not happy about it then YOU should do something about it. Take care of yourself and have a nice day.

Even I am fat and how hard I may try, my height does not budge. Going for walk makes my legs more than and the fat tummy looks out of place. I can not do leg raising exercises as I have a bad spine. So my suggestion to you is that eat right and if your back is okay then go in for leg raising exercises. It will take 2-3 months, but would definitely make you slim.
