How to promote???

lol.. i am eager to get promotion and get pay raise as well As a pluse three-year-graduate worker,i still a small potato in my company.The classmates graduating at same time with me have already held the position as commerial manager,estimating manager or director in the department.lots of people around us made their achievement,plenty of successful information in front of us or we can learn from them.. i truelly know that i need to receive approval or affirmation from my boss at first if i can make big money or save costs for my comany,my boss would be happy..then the opportunity for promotion will come to me.. For the time being,what i have to do is down-to-earth effort How to promtote/our boss must know!!:)

If you have many referrals and all of them are active in participating here.. yes you can earn even without participating often here in discussion. But in my case, I like so much expressing my opinion so if i would have more time to participate here... I think I can earn a lot. You know what, in order for you to become success in what you're doing you should learn how to love it first. Besides, working online is not a get-rich-fast thing... it needs effort and patience.
