If you have a lot of money and you are nervous about how to invest it, get some professional help. There are some very skilled financial advisers out there. If you do not have lots of money, investigate before you invest. Bonds do not pay much but they are safe. Stocks are more risky but have a higher potential payout.

Investing in real properties is ideal at this time. Here in our place, real property values go nowhere but up. However, for now, I cannot afford to invest more in real properties, so I just keep my money in the bank. I do not think it is wise for me to go into business ventures because I do not have the time to devote to any business as of now.
Have a nice day!

If I had money to invest (which I do not) I would invest in real estate. There has been some interesting activity in my neighborhood. Basically, I live close to downtown, and I am seeing a lot of development moving into my neighborhood. Developers are buying properties, tearing down the existing structures, and building two story duplexes in their place.
As for what I am actually doing to improve my situation is that I am currently a non-traditional college student. Can't afford that either really, but I am unemployed...I just as well spend my time in a productive manner (and I was going to have to borrow money to survive anyways).

the best way to invest your money is to buy something that will increase in value like houses, lots and even gold...

hello sahilpadhiyar20,
This is a hard time for everyone as share market have collapsed globally .
the question you asked about investing money is must have only answer as real estate.
If you have money to invest You must invest it only in real estate as it is safe and most profitable and there are no chances that the value of your property is decreased.
Good luck,
Happy mylotting.

I have been working for the past one year and my investment ventures for money haven't really worked out well. i had invested in the stock market and my returns were not that good. It has alot of risk thou the returns may be good, it depends on your risk taking ability. I think i would try the off-shore market and see if it would have some good returns.
