So happy. Just got a pre-paid credit card as a gift. I've always been interested in using a credit card for paying but not so much in using money that I don't have so a pre-paid credit card is wonderful. I'm planning on using it for some holiday shopping. Anyone else have experiences with a pre-paid card? Please share

You are lucky to get a pre-paid credit card as a gift. You may use it for the christmas shopping. So far I do not have one but I intend to have one soon.

I love my prepaid credit card. I found mine on http://kerrinicoles.NewCreditApplications.com. I was also able to get a none prepaid through premiere credit card, that had me even more excited because it was an opportunity to start building my credit back up. Yes there was a upfront fee for the credit card, but I have a two hundred dollar limit now and I am using it wisely!

I think a prepaid credit card is just a same card with debit card which you need to adding funds in order for being able to use it. The only benefit is that card has worldwide acceptance. However, congratulations for you. Be wise on spending your money. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Yes, it's very like a debit card except a debit card pulls funds from your bank account and a pre-pay credit card already has funds in it. I promise I'll use it wisely :) Thanks for your response
