I'm Italian and I love pasta, I prefer it with white souce but also red souce are very good.. mmmmm

sure my friend, i'm italian so i can help you alot with pasta, have you ever tryed "pasta con la panna"? in english i think it's "pasta with pouring cream", it's one of my favourite kind of pasta, also "pasta carbonara" is very good. For the first recipe you need to have about 200 g of Ham, and 200 g of pouring cream, a bit of parmigiano, and obviusly pasta! Use "half pen" pasta, i don't know the english for it, in italian we say 2 "mezza penne", you have to cook it normally, and in another pot melt some butter with the ham sliced like small dice, let the ham become a bit brown and now add pasta and now add parmigiano, a lot of it. now mix for 20 , 30 seconds and now add the pouring cream, continue to mix and let the pot on a low fire, when pouring cream become a bit solid around pasta it's ready! and now enjoy your meal.
