I have a long list of favorite foods, everything from Vietnamese (love their soups btw), Japanese (because I love sushi), Greek, Italian, Middle Eastern like Afghani, Moroccan or Arabic food, as I love the spices and flavors. I also really enjoy Spanish food because I adore the tapas, some of my favorites I have to say. Otherwise I'll also say anything seafood like grilled calamari, stuffed calamari, lobsters, crabs, steamed mussels with french fries, crepes. I also love duck a l'orange also, one of my favorite dishes, also Peking duck is great too with that hoisin sauce.

Maybe the food I am eating when the question is asked the one I like best, but any kind of duckling is going to be very high on my list of favorites. Every culture seems to have a few specialties. However, if someone had the power to say I had to pick one kind overall and eat nothing else ever again then I would probably pick Chinese food. But just now I am eating homemade bread that just came out of my oven and thinking as I taste it fresh and hot with the butter melting over it how that must be my favorite thing to eat. Later, though I will think the same thing about some other delicious morsel--maybe a slice of lemon mascarpone cake. I try to cook many different ethnic foods, but bread and pasta dishes are probably what I do best.

Hi. I like chinese and japanese food, but my favorite one is a bulgarian meal and it calls "Giuveche". It contains following products: salami, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, chicken meat, cheese. It must be backed in oven for about 1-1,5 hour. It's very tasty.

Duck in orange? Sounds great~~~~~~I really want to know how to cook it. Could you kindly tell me how to cook it? As to Duck, I recommend you to taste the real Beijing Roast Duck. The roast duck is regarded as the specially delicate food of Beijing and it has more than hundred years history. Put slices of roast duck inside the thin pancakes which are smeared with sweet bean sauce and scallion. By the way, you can see some Beijing Duck Pictures in my PHOTO:)
