I love to cook many items. I have not counted how many dishes I know to cook. But I know quite a more. South Indian food, North Indian food, in South India itself, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra, Karnataka oh many. But I am a vegetarian. So I do not know non-veg items. My rating for cooking will be 8.

Codris are you hungry right now? ;) I'm seeing all your foody related discussions and thought to myself that you must be hungry. Actually I have to say that I enjoy cooking when it's something that I personally like to eat. There are some foods that I make for my husband that I don't find appealing but he does so it's not very exciting for me. They are things like roast beef, barbecued pork steaks, pasta casseroles, etc. I tend to enjoy cooking healthy foods though like lots of fish and chicken with vegetables and salads. I've never made a pizza with puff pastry though I've eaten one before and it's quite good. Actually with puff pastry I like to make mango stredel with it which is quite good and so easy. I know how to cook a lot of Italian food as well, though not so much Asian food. If I'm craving Asian I tend to go out for dinner somewhere.
