how to make use of the dumbell???

currenlty i have bought 2 dumbells and I wondering how to train my muscles with it using the proper way.. Any one can teach me??? And I also want to train 6 packs on my stomach. Izit doing sit up is enough?????

No, sit ups are not enough. How much do those two dumbells weight? My regular training is: -Burpees** -Push ups** -Raised-legs pushups** -Shoulder squat -Lunges -Total squat (lifting the bar/dumbells overhead too) -Overhead squat -Regular crunches** -Weight free leg lifts** -Weighted leg lifts** -Lateral swings** -Flat dumbell bench -Overhead dumbell bench -Upright row alternate -Upright row both same time -Dumbell shoulder press -Seated bent over row -Bicep curl -Tricep kickbacks I do two or three series of 12-15 in one session, of each of the moves stated above. Some use the dumbells, some just your bodyweight. I have maked for you with a ** those that work on the abs too.
