anyone help me solve my mp3 problem?? thank you

i have a MP3 but it seems like have some problem with the earphone port. When i plug in the earphone port, there is only one side earphone have sound but another 1 does not have sound at all. I have checked my earphone on other MP3 but it does not have any problem. So I consider that my MP3 earphone port gt problem.. Can anyone help me to solve it?? thank you...

check the BALANCE sound setting for left and right, it should be in the middle, if it is good, then insert the earphone plug very fast and pull it very fast also, your input plug might have gotten stuck inside, try this for a few times.

Hope your player has service warranty of some sort so you can have it checked by a professional for free. For that it must be something like within a year of purchase. If the problem is still there here's a solution: put some tinfoil on the earphone port, but this was for a problem related to fuzzy sounds from a loose earphone port, not sure if it would help in this case. I still think it's something related to the balance setting on your player.
