Computer help NEEDED!

I need computer help! My computer is three months old, and all of a sudden, it freezes! This was not just once. This is just about every time I open a browser a few times, or a program. It's a miracle I can actually type this. I have tried registry scans already. I have already virus scanned my computer. I have already cleansed my computer of all recently installed/downloaded programs. I have already deleted all temporary files, offline web pages, etc. I also have limited programs that consume a lot of memory. I have increased the virtual memory as well. Please, an expert, HELP!
